For the Relocation or Salvage of a Home
at 2046 Highway 6 NW, Oxford, Iowa 52322
The Johnson County Conservation Board
(JCCB) is accepting sealed bids for the pur-
chase of the home and garage, to be sold
separately, at 2046 Highway 6 NW, Oxford,
IA 52322. Bids of the home and garage
must be submitted separately. The home
and garage must be removed from the site by
the high bidder sometime before December
15th, 2016, or by a mutually agreed upon date
between the high bidder and JCCB. The John-
son County Conservation Board reserves the
right to reject all bids.
All permits, relocation costs, insurance re-
quirements, and restoration costs for the house
are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
The successful bidder, whether relocating or
salvaging, will be required to clean up the site
including all debris and remnants of the home,
excluding the foundatiom The foundation of
the home and garage can be left on site and
will not be the responsibility of the bidder.
The bidder must submit a detailed relocation
plan to the Conservation Department 30 days
prior the anticipated relocation date and re-
ceive approval of the plan by the JCCB prior
to proceeding.

Current Conditions:
The home and garage, located at 2046
Highway NW, was built in 1977. This single
family ranch house is 1,200 square feet with
recently installed vinyl lap exterior siding and
a steel roof including eaves trough. This is a
2 bedroom, 1 bath home. The house is being
