SECTION III. DISTRICT MAPS. The portion of the District Maps maintained in accordance with Chapter 8:1.5.2 of the Johnson County Zoning Ordinance as per- tains to the real estate described in Section 11 of this ordinance is hereby repealed and amended to reflect the foregoing change in classification. SECTION IV. REPEALER. All other ordi- nances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION V. SAVINGS CLAUSE. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid, illegal or uncon- stitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid, illegal or unconstitutional. SECTION VI. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective, after its passage and approval, upon publication as part of the proceedings of the Board of Supervisors. A public hearing in accordance with Section 335.6 of the Iowa Code is set for the 10th day of March, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room, Johnson County Administration Building, 913 South Dubuque Street, Iowa City, Iowa, on the following: S04048 (Schwab), S04059 (Hahn), S05001 (Stark), S05002 (See Estate), S05003 (Hull). 2. That the Johnson County Auditor be authorized to publish the official notice of above public hearing. Motion by Neuzil, second by Sullivan, to approve Resolution 02-17-05-Z 1. Motion by Hamey, second by Lehman, to accept North Corridor Transportation Study recommendation to address the transportation needs of Newport Road and Prairie du Chien Road in Johnson County, Iowa. Motion by Neuzil, second by Lehman, to increase the Home and Community Based Services Waiver Slots for Adults with Mental Retardation from 180 to 185. LONE TREE CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 24, 2005 Mayor Allison called to order at 6:30 PM the special meeting of the Lone Tree City Council with all present. Oth- ers attending: Merry Thomae, Bob Lindley, Maria Forbes, Dennis & Mariel Slutts, Jill Green, Ruby Perezek, Kurt Wieland, Steve Flake, Mr. & Mrs. Lem- ley, Mr. & Mrs. Ralph Wilmoth, Dennis Nicola, Mr. & Mrs. Brian Copinger, Greg Jansen, Glen Meisner, Jeff Lihs, Jaqueline Smetak, Tonya Judge. Motions carried with all Ayes unless noted. Smith, Wieland moved to table the Finley Sub-division/Agreement/ Easement until we get a clean copy for the March meeting with changes on it. CARRIED. Hayes, Smith moved to have Hart- Frederick Consultants look at costs for street work, DeVoe Street 2nd Phase and also the second phase on West Linn Street from the west end of Linn to Huskins Street. CARRIED. Hayes, K. Brown moved to authorize Steve and Bob to build the proposed compost site building wiih 12 foot high sides and eight foot high inside metal. Hayes, K. Brown rescinded their motion. Hayes; Smith moved to table this until later on in the meeting to find out priceS. CARRIED. Wieland, K. Brown moved topost the Brainstorming notice and rules around town as much as possible. CARRIED. Hayes, Smith moved to approve spending up to $3000.00 to build a compost site behind the City sheds and to have it done by May 1st. CAR- RIED. Smith, Hayes moved to set Clean Up Day for May 21st and to have it at North Park and to obtain approval from Johnson County to use the area again for appliance drop off. CAR- RIED. Wieland, Hayes moved to send out the information to all citizens. CARRIED. Wieland, Hayes moved to amend the information sheet to add Johnson County Sheriff Departments routine office phone number to the news release. CARRIED. Wieland, Hayes moved that video tapes of council meetings be loaned out for a three working day period and they must be signed out and signed back in with receipts. CARRIED. Hayes, Smith moved to have himself and the mayor to go chat with the gen- tleman about using the city's backhoe. CARRIED. Hayes, Smith moved.to take a recess. CARRIED 7:51 PM.
