Tom Anthony of Landmark Surveying and Engineering Inc. spoke for the application. Stutsman asked if this worked out well. Anthony said no, there were a lot of hurdles and loop- holes, but they are getting there: Lehman asked if they are creating another place to build a home. Moore said no. Anthony said applicant Geneva Wieland has requested a waiver of fees for the rezoning. It was discussed that the question of waiving the fees for the rezoning could be put on the agenda when the applicant's platting application will be discussed.
