holes, but they are getting there:
Lehman asked if they are creating
another place to build a home. Moore
said no. Anthony said applicant
Geneva Wieland has requested a
waiver of fees for the rezoning. It was
discussed that the question of waiving
the fees for the rezoning could be put
on the agenda when the applicant's
platting application will be discussed.

Lehman said this property will be taxed
higher because it will be taxed as resi-
dential.
